All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of CN Prints unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos or content you submit for printing, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights. You are responsible for proofreading and approving your artwork before production begins.
Orders are confirmed once payment and a final proof approval are received. Production begins only after you approve the proof; we are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
Prices are as quoted at the time of order and may change without notice for future orders. Full or partial payment may be required before production begins, depending on the order.
Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of quote and begin once your order and payment are confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, though we work hard to meet them.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a production error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a reprint or refund. We are not responsible for errors in artwork or specifications approved by you.
CN Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our print services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may not use our services to print unlawful, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent material.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
